Who Am I?

Thank you for visiting my site 🙂 My name is Prakash Tim. I’ve been working as a Software Engineer in different companies for over 12 years. In other words, just a regular guy who works on a 9 to 5 job that involves no physical activities whatsoever. Like most of you out there.

Three years ago, I saw an employee from another start-up company in the kitchen area of my co-working office space eating a bowl of salad for lunch. At this time around I had to eat two burgers for lunch and would still get hungry after three hours. We had a brief chat. He mentioned he was “trying to lose a few pounds.”

This single very random event made me rethink my “perfectly good” life. Since then, I have lost 15 kg (33 pounds) of weight, built muscle and gained the strength and stamina that I never had. I was 33 years old at that time.

My body transformation journey brought me a series of other behavioral changes that significantly altered my life in a positive way. I became a completely new person who thinks very differently regarding the various aspects of life compared to three years ago. It was not just a motivation that made all this possible but a chain of habit updates and a change to growth mindset from a fixed mindset.

Through this site, I will be continuously sharing my experiences and discoveries in regards of my positive habit changes that you might want to explore and apply to yourself. For me, this site is also a medium to enforce myself the habits to do more reading and writing to upskill my communication skills.
